Is my URL sent to a server?

No. The tool draws the QR code in your browser and renders the PNG on your device. Your URL is never uploaded.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The code stores your URL directly, so it works as long as the URL itself works. There is no redirect service that can shut down.

Can I change the link after printing?

No. A printed code is fixed to one URL. If you need to change destinations, point the code at a URL you control and redirect that URL to new places.

What size should I print?

A printed code should be at least 2 cm by 2 cm and keep a quiet margin around it. The 1000 pixel PNG supports much larger prints; scan a test copy first.

What problem does this solve?

QR code services watermark your codes, expire links, or charge for a PNG download. You need a plain, high-resolution code you own.

Built for: Small business owners, event hosts, and marketers who print codes on flyers, menus, and posters.

Worked example

Paste the destination URL, such as https://your-website.com/menu.
Pick a brand color that still keeps strong contrast with the white background.
Upload a small logo image to place in the center of the code.
Test the code by scanning it with two different phones before printing.
Download the PNG. It renders at 1000 by 1000 pixels, which is sharp enough for print.
