The problem

InPrime serves India's informal-economy borrowers with asset-backed credit. The team needed a production-grade loan origination system (LOS), internal ops dashboards, RBAC, and a public marketing site — while migrating a large legacy frontend without slowing disbursements.

What I did

  • Owned end-to-end frontend architecture for LOS, User Manager (RBAC), and marketing website with 100% frontend ownership.
  • Migrated 50,000+ lines of legacy code to React with strict component boundaries and shared patterns.
  • Standardized on Next.js 15, Turbopack, Shadcn UI, and Tailwind — cutting build times ~90% and HMR to under 10ms.
  • Built unified design system primitives so feature teams ship faster with consistent UX.
  • Automated KYC and credit workflow UI, reducing manual ops steps by ~80%.
  • Shipped internal reporting dashboards that cut log lookup from ~5 minutes to ~30 seconds.
